Does the Twelve South Forté hold and support the new Apple MagSafe Chargers (25W, 1m/2m)?
Yes it does. The Twelve South Forté holds the new MagSafe Chargers and makes the fastest wireless charging stand available for iPhone. A few things to remember:
- The Forté isn’t a charger - it is a stand for Apple’s MagSafe Wireless Charger. This gives you the best of both worlds: a stand at your desk, and the removable Apple MagSafe Charger for travel.
- To charge at it’s fastest speed, the MagSafe Charger requires at least a 30W power adapter. We recommend our new PlugBug 50W with Find My built-in - the perfect iPhone-ready charger.
- The fastest wireless charging speeds up to 25W are available only to new iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro when paired with the 30W USB‑C Power Adapter or higher. All other MagSafe compatible iPhones (iPhone 12 and later) will charge at up to 15W.

Are there any other charging discs besides the Apple MagSafe Charger that are compatible with Forté for iPhone?
Yes, there are many magnetic disc chargers that work with our Forté for iPhone. The primary requirement is they share the same dimensions as the Apple disc (55mm x 5mm). We've tested several options like the mophie snap+ Wireless Charger and the JSAUX Magnetic Wireless Charger and both fit great. The Apple MagSafe Charger is still our top pick.

    A good solution for 25w MagSafe charging

    One of the things that wasn’t mentioned with the new MagSafe 25w chargers is the fact that they are not the same size as the previous chargers. This is one of two different stands for the new chargers that I have found, the other one is 3d printed and fits the new chargers but is so light that it creates problems disengaging from the charger. This stand has a metal weighted base that makes it much more functional for MagSafe charging. In addition this stand is adjustable, which is another plus. As far as I know this is the best stand available for the new MagSafe chargers.
