    As excellent as I expected

    I already owned the desktop HoverBar and needed to replace another floor stand that had worn out. The HoverBar Tower was the perfect replacement. The stand is sturdy and holds the iPad (or iPhone) securely. Easily adjustable. An excellent product.

    Just What I Hoped It Was

    I use the HoverBar Tower for guitar practice. After much research - and a question answered on the website - I ordered it and found it was everything I hoped it would be. First, I practice in a carpeted room, so a weighted base was essential for stability. Second, it had to be not only stable, but also hold its position so I could quickly swipe on my iPad to move from page-to-page or to advance a video. Not only does it do that, but it does it without having to manually tighten down the arms. Third, with the pole being segmented, you can adjust the base height by removing a pole segment, and then do a very granular adjustment with the arm holding the iPad. The clamp that holds the iPad is spring loaded and has no trouble adjusting to hold my iPad or even my iPhone. Very easy to insert either, as well. I ordered the black version, and it blends nicely with my sheet music stand; looks and feels almost like a bit of sculpture. My order was acknowledged quickly, and shipping was extremely fast. Actually, there isn't a negative I can think of, and I've been using it daily for a week now. An outstanding product that feels and looks like quality and that perfectly meets my practice needs.
